Fueguia 1833 North America accepts returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Due to the artisanal nature of our fragrances, we cannot accept returns for items that have been sprayed or removed from their protective cellophane seal.
Initiate Request
Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Package
Carefully place the item in its original shipping box, ensuring the protective seal is intact and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 5 business days of receiving your RMA.
Quality Inspection
Once received at our laboratory, our team will inspect the product's seal and condition before issuing a full refund to your original payment method.
